Domain
What is a domain?
A domain is also called a URL ( ), it is a group of files that contain your web site. Anybody can buy a domain. Simply go to my domain store and start looking for names you like or that relate to your subject mater.
In years past, .com was the only place that mattered. If you did not have a .com you were not in business. That is simply no longer the case. Because of your ability to market the business through social media the actual URL extension is not as important.
The cost of a domain is pennies and I recommend setting it up through go daddy. Why go daddy? The interface that allows you to set up the managment systems is why. Word Press is a easy system to use, but Go Daddy offers many others and depending on your needs it can deliver many things most other providers can not.
Once you buy a domain, the Go Daddy hosting solution is right there. You can have a single hosted sit, or for as little as $15 a month have dozens as hosted sites on the word press format.
If you want help setting up word press, we can do that! Socialized, just a theme, many more things. I am not a designer or programmer, but I know how to get you rolling in business, set and and ready for take off!
